 Unlimited Access to Updates and New Releases 

You may install and run any version of the software that has a release date prior to the Subscription expiration date.

Download and install updates and new releases at any time.

Without the Subscription a Version Upgrade will cost is 50% to 90% of the original license cost.

Priority Technical Support

Your inquiry to GSW Technical Support is placed at the top of the Technical Support queue.

Voicemail to GSW Technical Support is monitored during GSW off-hours.

Remote Technical Support Service provided to Subscription holders via Citrix’s GoToAssist.

Valuable wait-time is reduced.

Quicker response time to Subscription holders.

High value without additional costs.

Reduced administrative time

  GSW Subscribers are not required to interface with GSW to purchase or conduct upgrades of the software. 

Renewable at the end of the plan

GSW Subscribers are notified of any impending expiration date and offered an opportunity to renew the Subscription prior to its expiry date. Requalification is not required.

Your Purchase Order for renewal must be received by GSW prior to Subscription expiration.

Discounted pricing on Session Upgrades

Receive a $100 discount on any purchase of a Session Upgrade to the license.

The discount is applied to the amount that would be charged were you without a Subscription.

Qualifications for purchase

The Subscription must be purchased within 60 days of the initial license purchase.

If no Subscription is purchased during this period or if the Subscription lapses for non-renewal you will be required to purchase a Version Upgrade in order to purchase or reinstate a Subscription.
