Registration Instructions

Rocket Terminal Engine

The Registration Instructions for the GSW Rocket Terminal Engine are the same as for the Telnet Server except the fully functional Trial must also be registered.

GSW Telnet Server

bulletTrial Version:
bulletThe fully functional 30 day trial version does not need to be registered to operate. It will run on a system where the Georgia SoftWorks Telnet Server has not been previously installed for 30 days with 10 sessions enabled. If you have a special situation you can call or email us and we will work with you.

bulletComplete Registration Form
bulletSave to file and email to us at registration@georgiasoftworks.com
bulletWe will reply with the Serial Number

bulletPurchased Version - Remote Registration
bulletApply Serial Number via Telnet using the Remote Registration Utility. Details?

 

bulletPurchased version with Floating License
bulletInstall the Floating License
bulletInstall the Telnet Server
bulletNeed Details?

 

bulletMove to another Machine or the same system that has been rebuilt.

The Telnet Server is  Licensed on a Per/Server Basis. So if it is moved to another server it must be un-installed from the original machine. 
bulletComplete normal registration procedure for Purchased Version (see above)
bulletProvide text indicating that the Telnet Server has been uninstalled from the original machine and is being moved to a new system.

Note: If you have the Floating License registration is NOT required. Simply follow the same procedure described above.

 

bulletVersion Upgrades
bulletIf you are under a Subscription Plan or it is within 60 days of the purchase of the software  then you simply download and install the new copy of the software over the current installation. No new serial number is required.
